Cumming Georgia is situated in Forsyth County, Georgia, of the United States. The population density in the year 2000 was about 4,200. The population has grown to about 5, 802 in the year 2005. According to the reports of the United States Census Bureau, the city covers a total area of 15.3 km² (5.9 mi²). 15.3 km² (5.9 mi²) of it is land and 0.1 km² (0.04 mi²) of it (0.34%) is covered with water.
